How do I find my network?

Typically, the phone will be branded with your network's logo. If you are unable to determine this, PLEASE contact us before placing an order so we can help you determine which network your phone is locked to. You should provide us with the PRD number that is printed on the label, under the battery. It will look like this: PRD-12345-678

My network isn't listed...

If you do not see your network listed, you may use the [NOT LISTED] option. Do not use another option, as it will not work.

How long does it take?

Depending on the network, order can be completed as quickly as 3 hours or as long as 72 hours. There are times, particularly outside of normal business hours & weekends, that orders will take longer to process.

Please note that there is NO guarantee on how long it will take for your order to process.
